The warranty covers colour stability and plating quality under normal use only.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, breakage, scratches, impact, or exposure to perfumes, cleaning products or chemicals.
If a manufacturing defect is found, the item will be inspected and repaired or replaced at no cost to the customer.
The store will cover the shipping costs when a manufacturing defect has been confirmed.
Important:
Any manufacturing defect must be reported within 3 days of receiving the order. Clear photos or a video showing the issue must be provided. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.

Store the item in its original box after use to help maintain its shine.

The only exceptions are manufacturing defects or receiving a product that does not match the order.
You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order and provide clear photos of the product.
Exchanges and returns are not available due to a change of mind, colour selection, or any reason unrelated to a manufacturing defect or an order error.
