All sales are final. Products cannot be exchanged or returned after purchase or delivery.
The only exceptions are manufacturing defects or receiving a product that does not match the order.
You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order and provide clear photos of the product.
Exchanges and returns are not available due to a change of mind, colour selection, or any reason unrelated to a manufacturing defect or an order error.
